* The number of ad views is a guaranteed minimum. Your
ad will continue to run through the scheduled period even if it receives the
guaranteed minimum number of views before the end of the period. In the event that your ad does not receive
the minimum number of guaranteed ad views in a given period, your ad will
continue to run until it has received the guaranteed minimum number of
views.
"Qualified ad view" means that our system
does not count repeated ad views in rapid succession by the same user on the
same blog towards your ad view total. Users may continue to repeatedly see your
ad if they reload a page or visit other pages on the blog,
but they will not count for another "view" towards your total until 30
seconds have elapsed from their first view of your ad on a particular blog.
Ad view guarantee is based on your ad running on all available
blogs. If you remove your ad from a blog, we will attempt to increase your
exposure on other blogs and still attempt to deliver the minimum number of ad
views, but we will no longer guarantee it.

Measured, accurate and
accountable.
Qualified ad views. Our ad server protects against fraudulent ad
views. Once a particular computer loads a web page with your ad on it, that
computer will not account for another ad view for your ad at that domain
(website) for the next 30 seconds. Your ad may still be displayed multiple times to the same user within
the restricted time period on the same website, but such displays will not count towards your ad
view total. This means that your ad views won't be artificially inflated by a
malicious user repeatedly reloading a page on which your ad appears.
Weekly email report. Each week of your
ad run, you will receive an email report on the performance of your ad.
Advertiser control panel. You will have access to your own advertiser
control panel on the web. This facility gives you real-time statistics to see how many
times your ad has been displayed and on which sites, to monitor clicks on your
ad and to filter statistics by time period.
You can also use the control panel to select
which websites your ad is running on. AltMedia 101 exercises no editorial
control over the content of the participating websites. If you prefer not to
have your ad run on a particular site, you can remove your ad from that site.

Terms
& Conditions
By placing and ad with AltMedia 101, you agree
that your ad will initially be placed on all the participating websites
at the time your ad run begins. Participating sites may be added or dropped by
AltMedia 101 from the Ad Network during the course of your ad run.
You understand and agree that your ad will run
for the time period specified when you place your order. Payment must be
received prior to the scheduled start date. If payment is received after the
start date, your ad run will commence upon receipt of payment and run for the
full period of time of your order.
Ad run periods may be expressed in days, weeks
or months, but are measured in hours. Your ad run may begin at any given hour
during the start date, but you are guaranteed a minimum of twenty-four (24)
hours for each day of your scheduled ad run. A one-week ad run, for example,
will run for a minimum of 168 hours.
You are guaranteed a minimum number of ad views
at the time of your order. If that minimum is not achieved during the
scheduled time period, your ad will continue to run until the guaranteed
minimum number of ad views is reached. If you remove your ad from any of the
participating blogs, we will attempt to increase your ad exposure on other
blogs but will no longer guarantee a minimum number of ad views. The guarantee
will be void.
Your ad may run in rotation with other ads. You
are guaranteed the minimum number of ad views stipulated at the time of your
order.
You understand and agree that any participating
website may decide not to run your ad and that such decisions are at the
sole discretion of the participating website publisher.
You agree to negotiate any disputes with
AltMedia 101 directly with AltMedia 101 in good faith and with reasonable
effort prior to to taking any legal action against AltMedia101. AltMedia 101 is a corporation
chartered by the state of North Carolina and you agree that your business with
AltMedia 101 is to be governed solely by the laws of
North Carolina no matter where you may reside. You agree that any legal claims
filed against AltMedia 101 are to be in Guilford County, North Carolina.
You agree that compensation for any failure,
for any reason, of AltMedia101 to deliver the guaranteed minimum ad views of
your ad shall be limited to a pro-rated refund or credit, at your discretion.
You agree to hold harmless AltMedia101 for any additional claims of damages.
You understand that you may
remove your ad from participating web sites through the advertiser interface and that it is your sole responsibility to
remove your ad from any participating website to which you object.
Furthermore, you understand and agree that the participating websites operate
independently of AltMedia 101 and any content that may appear on participating
sites is the sole responsibility of the website publishers. You agree to hold
harmless AltMedia101 for any content that appears on participating web sites
or any actions by the participating website publishers.
At its sole discretion, AltMedia 101 may remove
your ad from display for any reason it deems necessary and will provide a
pro-rated refund to you if it does so.
You understand and agree that these terms and
conditions may be updated at any time and that the terms and condition that
are published on this page at the time of your order will apply.
